A graduate of a leading business school, the Institut Commercial de Nancy, I chose to invest in consulting and supporting transformations in companies. Specializing in change management, I have acquired solid experience in project management and management with large international groups.

With 15 years of experience in a consulting firm (Accenture and Stanwell Consulting), I have been putting my expertise at the service of employees and companies in Guadeloupe and the Caribbean for over 10 years. Passionate about my job, I lead management training modules, I advise companies and I provide individual coaching (CAPP Group certified). I intervene from the analysis of needs to the actual implementation in the field. I specifically support the management populations, from the Company Director to the Field Team Manager.
