PROFESSIONAL COACHING
Individual and collective professional support

Boosting human potential in the company
Throughout our professional career, we encounter pivotal periods of transition, development, and voluntary or involuntary stepping back.
Being supported by a coach allows you to work on your potential within the framework of professional development objectives that are specific to you.
The approach aims to work through situations at the intersection of one's strengths, one's constraints and one's professional context.
New strategic business projects, organizational transformation, crisis recovery context, taking up office, "slump", remote management, search for meaning, need to strengthen team cohesion, reinvent oneself, ... so many contexts and situations conducive to benefiting from professional coaching.
Individual professional coaching is:
Personalized support spread over time.
Taking a step back and working on your potential to better achieve your professional goals.
Work on oneself in connection with one's professional environment (organization, profession, colleagues, clients, etc.) often in complex contexts (changes, instabilities, projects, development, crises, etc.).
A progressive process, with experimentation between sessions, based on a relationship of trust and co-construction.
By a certified coach, himself accompanied.
Comment cela fonctionne ?
A preliminary interview takes place to validate the joint work and discuss the request. The detailed objectives are defined during the first interview.
A contract is established between the coachee and his coach specifying in particular: the number of sessions and the duration of the support; the objectives; the location of the sessions; the financial terms.
The coach works according to the code of ethics of the French Coaching Society.
Regular sessions are planned over time (10 sessions on average, lasting one hour and a half, over 6 to 8 months).
During the sessions, the work focuses on the issues of the coachee by combining work on oneself and on organizational and professional practices (posture, practices, transversal links, work organization, etc.). The work is done in interaction with the coach.
Between sessions, the coachee observes, experiments, exercises, puts into practice.
An assessment is made halfway through and at the end of the coaching.
A specific method and tools.

TESTIMONIALS

Muriel, Local Manager in a public body
"Coaching allowed me to: move forward more calmly in taking up my position; open my eyes to my abilities; value what I have been able to do or implement as a manager; allow myself to say that I am a manager; better frame my actions; confirm the attitudes that I have had; gain self-confidence, assert myself; learn to take a step back from what I have to do in order to better understand it; learn not to feel guilty when I delegate. In conclusion, thanks to this coaching and the reflection I am carrying out on it, I feel like I have matured."

Marie-Claude, Department Manager
"As part of the implementation of a digital platform that I was in charge of, I benefited from coaching with Claire, which really allowed me to achieve overall success, integrating both the technical aspects but above all the support of key people for the advancement and influence of the action within the establishment. Her support was for me an objective external perspective and a guide to identify the most appropriate strategies to implement, while never interfering with the content of the project and respecting the objectives that we had set ourselves upstream. I believe that this support helped to highlight the interests of the project for everyone and to give me tools to perfect its success beyond simple implementation..."
